RSS 1 – Premium Grade  Description: High-quality, evenly smoked sheets known for excellent strength and cleanliness.  Key Features:  Dry, clean, strong, and sound  Evenly smoked with smooth appearance  Free from blemishes, resin (rust), sand, and foreign matter  No oxidized or burnt spots, weak sheets, or under-/over-curing  Scattered pinhead bubbles acceptable                        RSS 4 – Standard Grade  Description: Reliable quality rubber sheets with minor natural imperfections.  Permissible Characteristics:  Medium bark particles  Bubbles and translucent stains  Slight stickiness or slight over-smoking  Not Permissible:  Burnt, heated, oxidized spots  Under-cured or heavily over-smoked sheets  Sand, dirty packing, or major blemishes           RSS 5 – Commercial Grade  Description: Economical grade suitable for general industrial use.  Permissible Characteristics:  Large bark particles  Bubbles and small blisters  Stains and minor blemishes  Slight stickiness or slight under-curing
